​We are an innovative company that is designed for the baby boomers who are the largest population of seniors there has ever been who gave the world so much they deserve to age gracefully and maintain a level of dignity that is taken away from our seniors in the large assisted living facilities where the accepted norm has become warehousing our seniors in institutions that resemble penal institutions more than assisted living. We are. A quality of life company that keeps our seniors engaged with unrestricted family access ensuring mental health as well as physical. We have assisted living homes with 3:1 resident to staff ratios where the other assisted livings are 20:1 which allows us to provide a level of care that cannot be matched. We also have programs for those wanting to join the fight for reform and become caregivers down to setting up turn key businesses for investors. We are not afraid to roll up our sleeves and work in any capacity to enhance the lives of our seniors and will use this site for community resources and posts from our families of residents and anyone who wants Erich the lives of our loved ones.
